CA State contracts

Right now, my alternative funders are not funding contracts with the State of California primarily due to the budget impasse. When "real checks" flow and not "IOUs", the funders will consider rescinding this restriction. It is legally impossible to purchase an "IOU" which cannot be used as collateral as it is not a legal note of debt obligation. Other than CA state government, cllients/prospects with contracts with other credit-worthy commercial entities remain unaffected.

Federal government contracts are not an issue. Neither are local governments who are paying their vendors.

We look forward to funding against an approved stimulus package from the Feds. Finding those contract winners are leads for me. Thanks.

For the most part, my funders are again financing verified contracts with the state of California. All other local or national contracts are being funded.
