50-5000 personnel no specific industry. Any company or corporation needing to do product rollouts, all hands meetings, investor relations, training, virtual demonstrations, etc.

telecommunications or expense management companies primarily but we are pleased to be introduced through anyone with a managment relationship.
What are some symptoms that a prospect might need your offering?
poor experiences on current conference calls/web collaborations or happy with their current services but are aware of the high dollar expenditure.
What differentiates you as a possible business partner?
years of experience, depth of knowledge, professionalism and attention detail and service.

I didn't know any more than what was posted in the forum and I just cut and pasted in my first email. I was hoping you would be able to make sense of it. I am more than happy to still speak on the phone about it.

I also got a really helpful demo from Wayne Doerflein from TelSpan (doerfleinw@telspan.com, 800/600-6458 x233) and really liked their product and the fact they can do a per-person or per-minute, rather than a monthly. Let Wayne know you heard about him from SNN."
I evidently missed the original post when this person asked for input on webinar services that charge a per person rate. I did not know if you only got involved in monthly conference arrangements, or anything.
