As a licensed Mortgage Broker of 28 years, I originate residential and commercial mortgage loans, for homeowners and business owners needing to recapitalize (refinance) their home and/or business. I can do everything from a A+ to a D loan, specializing in the more complicated requests - i.e, consolidation of debt and liens, divorces, self-employed, bankruptcy, etc. utilizing traditional and private banking sources - over 100+ lenders.

It could be a small to intermediate company, with gross sales from $ 500,000 to $ 10M and more. Often times, I will refinance one's building and/or business to lower the interest rate and/or raise additional capital (cash out)through refinancing recapitalizing their business.

If (1) they are feeling pain from their mortgage and need to lower the rate, pull cash out or position their escallating adjustable rate mortgage into a fixed rate environment and (2) need to recapitalize and grow one's business through a refinace via cash out.

What differentiates you as a possible business partner?

The fact that I am licensed as a Residential and Commercial Mortgage Broker - 28 years and have owned my business for 15 years, coupled with the fact that I have held several senior managerial positions in banking and commercial real estate develoment.
