Target companies are manufacturing, food processing & growers, engineering, scientific & professional services, energy services & clean tech, and Ecommerce direct marketing.

Bankers and other lenders, accounting firms, attorneys, other interim executives/management firms (interim CEO's, turnaround and work out consultants and other service providers dealing with change management at the C level.
What are some symptoms that a prospect might need your offering?
Companies in transition: that have lost their CFO, need to supplement the Office of the CFO with interim assistance for a strategic initiative such as M & A, rapid expansion, restructure or work out, building infrastruture, preparation for a liquidity event or need CFO executive expertise on a part-time or virtual CFO basis.
What differentiates you as a possible business partner?
The ability to integrate quickly into the management team, rapidly identify and address critical issues, take the lead on strategic initiatives and mobilize resources for the achievement of sustainable value over time. Service as an objective advisor and confidant to the CEO with ability to extend influence beyond the CFO role to COO at smaller companies.
