I am a Salesforce.com Certified specialist, helping clients set up, enhance, fix Salesforce.com for Customer Relationshp Management (CRM), Sales Force Automation (SFA), Marketing Automation (MA), Customer Support, Call Center and many other functions

I work with small to medium sizecompanies from 1 or 2 people to companies with many hundreds of employees, with all kinds of businesses. I also work with many non-profit organizations
Who are your power partners? (Who refers business to you? What business are they in?)
My power partners are people who are involved in lead generation, sales processng, marketing and any other are where there is data and information to be managed.
What are some symptoms that a prospect might need your offering?
My prospects 1) are starting to use Salesforce.com and want expert help in defining their needs and setting it up right, 2) have Salesforce.com and want to expand their use, 3) have Salesforce.com and are dissatisfield with it, or know it could do more, better, 4) are thinking about Salesforce.com and want help in evaluating it.
What differentiates you as a possible business partner?
I combine many years of business and computer experience with excellent people skills. Many people have technical skills but the success of a project depends on the intangibles, the ability to listen to the users' needs and make sure that the system they get is not only what they want but what they need
